The Have a Heart Home Foundation has partnered with Nilson Homes for the last several years to build homes for military families including the Major Brent Tylor and Jennie Taylor family in North Ogden. 

The West Point home has a retail price of $520,000 and will be sold for $375,000. Applicants must qualify for a mortgage, but the home has been significantly discounted along with closing costs and other fees.
