The West Bountiful Arts Council concludes its 2023 concert series in by featuring Susie Carter's holiday performance, “It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.”

A proud local, Susie grew up in a musical family, passionately singing for community events and churches. Her Christmastime performances at Dick's Market hold a special place in her heart because of the atmosphere created and that she donates the tips she receives to support needy families.
