Davis continued its run to begin the season with its eighth-straight win, this time over Olympus 66-42 Dec. 19. The second-ranked team in 6A broke open a tight game – holding a six-point lead heading into the fourth quarter – with a 26-point outburst in the final eight minutes.

Kendra Kitchen had a huge game, scoring 23 points, while Kate Richards knocked down five 3-pointers, and also added 20 points for the Darts.

Also scoring for Davis in the win were Kate Willard (seven points), Shea Miller (six), T’maea Eteuati (five), Chloe Peery (three) and Avery Dain (two).
