Walk With Ease (WWE) is evidence-based and proven to help people with arthritis or other related conditions reduce pain. It is also proven to increase balance, strength, and walking pace, as well as improve overall health. Key topics in WWE include: understanding the relationship between arthritis, exercise, and pain; developing and implementing a personal walking plan with realistic goals; and gathering tips, strategies, and resources for maintaining a long-term exercise routine.
This class runs 6 weeks M/W/F July 29-September 9
