SYRACUSE—Police arrested a man last week who was found passed out in a car with multiple weapons at a convenience store in Syracuse.

Levi Spencer Colton, 26, was found after someone in the store called 911 just after 7 a.m. Dec. 23, according to a police affidavit.

When officers arrived, they found that the interior of the car smelled like marijuana and Colton had blood shot eyes, the affidavit said.

During a search, officers discovered a 9 mm handgun with a full magazine and fixed-blade knife in his belt and another knife on his neck and brass knuckles in his pocket, according to the affidavit.

Officers also found marijuana, heroin and drug paraphernalia during the search.

Colton was booked into the Davis County Jail on suspicion of second-degree felony possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person; two counts of third-degree felony unlawful possession of a dangerous weapon; three misdemeanor counts of illegal possession of controlled substances; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
