Social Media for the win – ‘We are Kaysville’
Nov 30, 2023 09:19AM ● By Cindi MansellIf you haven’t visited the “We are Kaysville” Facebook page, you should consider it.
In 2022, Kaysville’s population was estimated at 32,950, yet the “We are Kaysville” Facebook page only touts a 4.3K membership. That means there is a big group of people out there not able to enjoy the resources that page offers.
Each day offers differing posts; most recently, taking orders for sourdough bread or phenomenal looking sugar cookies with buttercream frosting for only $35 a dozen; free plants; Annie’s Diner celebrating Kaysville City Veterans by offering Veterans and their guest a complimentary meal; and even “The Carriage Establishment” offering their ninth season of Horse Drawn Carriage experiences at Ogden Christmas Village starting Nov. 27, 2023.
The Page Administration uses humor, always welcoming and highlighting its newest members and new businesses. It’s a location where members can post when they are seeking a service or trade, and guaranteed to receive multiple responses from locals who can help each other out by offering suggestions. There is all kinds of information from job postings to local programs to sporting events.
