Switchpoint Exchange thrift shop needs community support to benefit Teen Living Center

Dec 04, 2025 12:40PM ● By Katalya Call

Homelessness is a problem even in places like Davis County. Switchpoint opened a Teen Living Center in Layton last year, to combat this issue. They are now opening the Switchpoint Exchange which is a new thrift shop in Layton.

To successfully open donations are needed. The store needs new and used retail fixtures like rolling racks, display cabinets, shelves, seating, and storage bins. If you have fixtures that you want hauled away Switchpoint would love to take them off your hands.

This thrift store will directly support the Teen Living Center and give students a place they can work. Switchpoint is working to end homelessness across Utah.

If you have items you would like to donate contact Jodi Lunt at [email protected] or at 801.628.7101 or contact Zachary Almaguer at [email protected] or at 214.675.8504
