Layton Hills Mall will host a Family Fitness Fair on Friday, Jan. 30, for residents of all ages to take part in a free, community-centered event focused on health, wellness and connection.

The Fitness Fair will run from noon to 6 p.m. in the Mall’s Center Court and is open to the public, welcoming all fitness levels. The event is designed to provide an accessible and engaging environment where individuals and families can explore movement, wellness education and local fitness resources.

Throughout the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with local gyms, personal trainers, wellness providers and fitness-focused brands. The fair will feature live demonstrations, mini workouts and hands-on activities aimed at educating and inspiring participants to prioritize healthy lifestyles.

Scheduled activities include a Mommy and Me Yoga class hosted by Divine Yoga at noon, encouraging parents and children to move together, as well as a live demonstration by Club Pilates at 4 p.m. showcasing low-impact, strength-focused movement suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Team Crazy Fit will also present practical tips focused on sustainable weight loss for adults over 40.

In addition to fitness demonstrations, the event will include health-focused vendors, giveaways and wellness resources, offering attendees multiple ways to engage and learn in one convenient, climate-controlled setting.

Layton Hills Mall, a regional retail destination in Layton, is home to more than 85 retailers and is anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Cinemark. The mall regularly hosts community events aimed at creating welcoming spaces that bring residents together.

“The Fitness Fair reflects our commitment to bringing wellness opportunities directly to the community in an approachable and engaging way,” said Glady Larsen, marketing and community engagement manager at Layton Hills Mall. “By partnering with local fitness experts and offering activities for all ages, we’re creating meaningful opportunities for people to prioritize their health while connecting with others.”
