Letter to the Editor: Memorial Bricks fund support for those impacted by Agent Orange

Apr 17, 2026 02:46PM ● By Nelson Thibault, USN, Retired
I recently learned about the sale of Agent Orange Memorial bricks. The bricks are being sold by the Utah Agent Orange Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit organization in Davis County.

The bricks are available in two sizes and will be placed near the Agent Orange monument that is currently under construction in Sunset Veterans Park in Sunset, Utah.

Bricks can be purchased to honor veterans who have died from exposure to Agent Orange and also living veterans still struggling with illnesses caused by the toxic herbicide.

In addition to paying tribute to victims of Agent Orange, purchasing a brick will help provide additional funds for the completion of the Agent Orange Memorial, which has been under construction since November 2025.

Sunset, Utah is home to the largest Agent Orange Memorial in the United States. That distinction increases the significance of bricks located at the monument's official site.

Anyone interested in ordering a brick and souvenir to help support the Utah Agent Orange Veterans Foundation and recognize veterans who have sacrificed so much for the country can do so at https://www.bricksrus.com/donorsite/agentorangeheroes.
