Derrick Porter called to be new voice for ‘Music and the Spoken Word’

The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently named Porter as the new executive producer, principal writer, and presenter of the Spoken Word. Porter is replacing Lloyd Newell who has served for 34 years.
