Flag Ceremony & Program The morning will begin with a flag ceremony and patriotic program at 8:00 AM at the Layton Vietnam Memorial Wall located in Layton Commons Park. This meaningful setting provides an opportunity to honor the men and women who served our country while reflecting on 250 years of American history and the values that unite us as a community. Pancake Breakfast Following the program, everyone is invited to enjoy a community pancake breakfast. Bring your family, meet your neighbors, and enjoy a great morning together celebrating America.
